More than 10 years of commitment

1999: Launch of the Crossing and Quiksilver initiative, environmental department of Quiksilver Europe 

2000: Implementation of an Environmental Management System (EMS) 

2003: ISO 14001 certification of our EMS 

2004: Quiksilver Foundation creation 

2007: Quiksilver Initiative became Quiksilver Foundation Europe and the Sustainable Development cell 

2008: Set up of the Sustainable Development Committee 

2009 : ECORIDE certification 

2010 : Carbon footprint of our Campus 

2012:  Adopted Policy Language for Protecting Ancient & Engangered Forests Through Fabric Choices

Commitment projects

The Green month

The Green month

June is set to be the “Green month” in our stores. To mark the occasion, all our eco-friendly products - around a hundred of them - will take centre stage. 

Quiksilver and Roxy are also launching a new pen, the ‘B2P’ (Bottle to Pen), made from recycled PET and sold with a message bracelet as a sign of its commitment. Its rounded and striated design resembles a bottle of mineral water. Available for 4€ at all stores. 

For every eco-friendly product sold, 1€ will go towards developing projects run by our partner associations : Reef Check, Surfrider Foundation & Coeur de forêt.

The first edition of Green Campaign was a real success and raised more than 80,000€ all of which went to help these three water conservation projects.
